Introduction
By creating an account or using Schediz, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the application.
1. Service Description
Schediz provides software tools to help service businesses manage daily operations, including:
- Scheduling
- Customer management
- Quotes
- Invoices
- Expense tracking
- Photos and attachments
- Payment integrations
2. Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must keep your password and login information confidential.
- You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Business and Customer Data
Users may enter customer names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, service details, photos, invoices, quotes and related business information into Schediz.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect, store and use this information according to applicable laws.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some Schediz features may require a paid subscription.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe.
- Schediz Pro is AUD 49.90 per month after a 7-day free trial for eligible first-time subscriptions. The trial converts to a recurring paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Returning subscriptions are not automatically eligible for another trial.
- Subscriptions purchased independently on the website use Stripe. The Google Play Android app provides access to an existing subscription and does not offer purchases or link to alternative checkout.
- Use Plan & billing → Cancel subscription in the Android app, or billing management on the website, to stop renewal. Access continues to the end of the current trial or paid period, unless the account is deleted. Failed or expired payments can end access.
- Prices may change with notice.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or loss of access.
- Payment providers may apply their own terms and policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Schediz or use it for unlawful purposes.
- Do not upload illegal, harmful or abusive content.
- Public QR Requests must not contain abusive, threatening, hateful, harassing, unlawful, obscene, fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate content. Before submitting a Request, you must explicitly accept these Terms and this acceptable-use policy. Schediz may review, remove, report to appropriate authorities, or restrict abusive Request content or misuse where appropriate.
- Do not attempt to access accounts or data without permission.
- Do not interfere with the security or operation of the app.
- Do not use the app for fraud, spam or misleading activity.
- Do not copy, reverse engineer or misuse the platform.
6. User Content
You remain responsible for the content you upload or enter into Schediz, including customer details, service notes, photos, quotes, invoices and expenses.
By using Schediz, you allow us to store and process this content only as needed to provide the service.
7. Service Availability
Schediz aims to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The app may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or third-party service interruptions.
8. Third-Party Services
Schediz may use third-party providers for hosting, payments, authentication, storage, analytics and other app functionality.
Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schediz is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption or damages resulting from use of the app.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, misuses the platform, fails to pay required fees or creates risk for other users or the service.
You may initiate permanent account deletion from Settings → Delete account, or at https://schediz.com/delete-account.html, after ownership verification and confirmation. Deletion ends account access and the subscription, and removes associated data as described in the Privacy Policy. Export required records first. Previous billing records may be retained for legal obligations. Deletion does not automatically refund previous charges; this does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
11. Changes to These Terms
Schediz may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Continued use of Schediz after updates means you accept the revised terms.
